What if I am sick or need to cancel a class? 

If you are sick or need to cancel a class that is allowed, but you need to cancel more than 12 hours before class start.The class can then be rescheduled.   If you cancel fewer than 12 hours before class start the class is lost: rescheduling is not possible. 
 

Do I need to buy any material? 
 

All material is supplied by the teacher. If you wish to buy the material, especially if you are taking a Business English class, the ISBN number will be supplied. You can then purchase the book from your favorite bookshop. 

How many classes does it take to improve a full level? 

To improve a full level it takes approximately 64 sessions: half level 32. 

How good does my English have to be to take a class?

If you are an adult it is recommended that you have had some English in school in the past. You don"t  have to remember everything. If you remembered everything you wouldn't  need lessons. 
If the student is a child no prior knowledge is necessary. 

 

Do you provide any support languages? 

Brenda, our main teacher at this time, speaks B2 German, A2 Korean, and A2 Indonesian. She has studied various languages and understands why students who have certain native langages have difficulties speaking English.
